Virtual training session
On Sunday, 13.6.2021, Sabum Gerard Galinski and Sabum Iris Galinski from the German ITF led a virtual training session especially for us. With an emphasis on the basics, we renewed our technical knowledge, went through individual tulls together, both for color and black bands, and also learned about the application of individual techniques in tulls.
At the same time, this was the first opportunity for our lower belts and new members to be able to learn from foreigners, whom we will, we hope, at least be able to meet again live, in guests here or in Germany.
We are all sincerely grateful to Sabum Gerard Galinski for taking the time to put in a lot of effort to learn on a sunny Sunday and to Sabum Iris Galinski for showing us how to perform certain movements.
In the future, we will conduct even more such trainings and thus continue learning.
