
Successful on the 1st German-ITF Open
Members of Taekwon-Do club Radovljica was under the auspices of the International Taekwon-Do ITF Association of Slovenia on 24.09.2016 attended the international competition in the Germany, Bochum, 1st GERMAN-ITF Open. With the participation of 18 clubs from 7 countries (Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Ireland, Poland and Slovenia) are at the contest with 5 competitors and achieved remarkable results.
Younger Boys:
- Tibor Oblak, 1. place, pattern 4. kup, 2. place, sparing, – 140 cm
Juniors Women:
- Naja Zupan, 3. place, black belt I.DAN, 2. place, sparing, – 50 kg
Seniors:
- Denis Škufca, 3. place, pattern, 4. kup, 3. place, sparing, – 79 kg
Veterans:
- Barbara Sitar, 2. place, pattern, black belt I.DAN, 2. place, sparing, -70 kg
- Robert Guštin, 2. place, pattern 2. kup, 3. place, sparing – 79 kg
Competitors would like to thank our main coach Željko Gvozdić, VII.DAN for the transmitted knowledge and club colleague because you were in the spirit and over the phone with us.
A great thanks also to the GERMAN-ITF team and family Galinski for organizing a perfectly executed tournament with no injuries or incidents of any kind thus making a lot of new friendships possible! (Y) We will be priviliged to visit Bochum again!
