Nice results in southern Italy
On Sunday, 11.2.2024, a team of 7 competitors from Taekwon-do club Radovljica took part in the International Italian Open Taekwon-do ITF Championship 2024, which took place in the south of Italy, in Casoria near Naples. Competitors from Italy, Moldova, Czech Republic and Slovenia took part in the competition. The organizer of the match was Master Maurizio Troiano, VIII. DAN, and the main sponsor is the President of ITF Taekwon-Do Italia, GM Antonio Troiano, IX. DAN.
Our competitors achieved excellent results, but Aleksej Kerez stood out the most with 2 gold medals.
The results of our competitors were as follows:
- Aleksej Kerez, 1. place, tulls 8. kup and sparring -40kg
- Oskar Škriba Arnež, 2. palce, tulls 5. kup and sparring -35 kg
- Brina Aleksić, 1. palce, sparring -50 kg
- Anastasia Simić, 3. palce, tulls 5. kup and sparring-65kg
- Ela Košir, 2. place, sparring -55kg
- Neža Guštin, 3. palce, tulls II. DAN
- Urban Čeh Zebec, 3. palce, tulls 5. kup and sparring +70kg
